Attorney Profile

Lubbock and West Texas have been Mark’s home for over 50 years.

Prior to becoming an attorney, he owned and operated several businesses for over 25 years. He knows the challenges business owners face, and he seeks to bring this understanding with him when he helps commercial clients with employment, contract and other legal issues or when they are the subject of governmental investigations.

Prior to coming to Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, Mark was a law clerk for The Hon. Sam Cummings, Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division.

This gave him a clear grasp of federal procedures, enabling him to represent clients well when they are in litigation in federal court.

Mark also has a great deal of experience representing governmental entities in civil rights and employment litigation, and he finds particular satisfaction in representing these clients in what are often difficult matters.
